Coach.me 2025 Annual Update

As we wrap up 2025, we wanted to pause and share a clear picture of where Coach.me stands — what we’ve strengthened, what’s growing, and what we’re building toward next. This past year was focused on fundamentals, making sure the platform works well every time.

Below, you’ll find our 2025 Coach.me Recap, along with a short video update that walks through the highlights and sets the stage for what’s ahead.

📈 Coach.me 2025 Annual Update — Recap

We wrapped 2025 with three new favorite numbers:

  • 1.2 million check-ins on Coach.me in 2025
  • 20,054 new users who joined this year
  • 95 active coaches currently in our habit directory

The big theme of 2025: we rebuilt the foundation so we can grow again.

What changed behind the scenes (and why it matters)

Scott Maderer (Coach + Advisory Board) shared what longtime Coach.me folks will feel immediately: Over the last two years, we stepped back to stabilize the platform before building new features.

Thanks to Pedro (our developer), we now have:

  • fully functional platform
  • Updated iOS + Android apps
  • A refreshed web experience
  • Crash rates that are now negligible (aka: the “green lights” are back)

What’s coming in early 2026 (Q1 roadmap)

Pedro previewed three feature lanes we’re most excited about:

  1. New content types for coaches
Coaches will be able to share content like blog posts, podcasts, articles, and videos, in publicly featured areas, so clients are more likely to discover you.
  2. Audio messages in coaching chat
We know that sometimes text isn’t enough, and hearing your voice builds connection and trust.
  3. Better coach tools + reporting
Continued improvements to dashboards and metrics so you can understand and grow your coaching business with more clarity.

Community is a growth lever (for coaches and clients)

Dr. Donita Brown (Coach + Advisory Board) called out one of the most exciting stats: 20,000+ new potential clients entered the ecosystem in one year.

A key takeaway from the team: the coaches who stay plugged into community (office hours, masterminds, conversations) tend to:

  • get recommended more often (“being known matters”)
  • avoid burnout
  • improve faster through shared learning

The science matters (and it works)

Donita shared that her research using the Coach.me model (daily check-ins + weekly check-ins + cohort/group + 1:1 coaching) showed positive improvement in habit formation and behavior change outcomes. The team reinforced why the Habit Coach Certification and code of conduct matter: we want coaching here to be both effective and ethical.

Your next steps (3 quick asks)

If you want to support the next chapter of Coach.me:

  1. Download the app and use it (or come back if it’s been a while): Google Play or iOS
  2. Leave an updated review (older “buggy era” reviews are still out there)
  3. Coaches: consider upgrading to Pro — we’re planning to include a complimentary coaching mastermind in 2026 for Pro members (normally reserved for Accelerator). Details coming soon.
