Here’s Kristina on how she can help you learn faster, study better, and stop procrastinating so that you reach your goals:

The hardest part of studying is getting started.

On day one, you’re overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of work to learn ahead of you. Where do you even start? It can be hard to start, too, if your deadline is far away and it feels like you have all of the time in the world to study. Both situations lead you to procrastinate, which makes you feel like a failure, which then leads you to procrastinate even more. That’s why it’s so important to implement effective study strategies and anti-procrastination techniques from day one.

I know what it’s like to be in your shoes.

When I procrastinated, I thought I was lazy. I got so mad at myself! I was so smart, so successful, and yet I couldn’t say “no” to a cat video!

You probably think you are lazy, too. But you’re not.

You just don’t have the right strategies and systems in place to study effectively and deal with the procrastination. That’s where I can help.

As your coach, I’ll help you come up with a strategy to reach your end goal, be it to pass an exam, get a degree or career certification, or learn a new skill. We’ll identify your purpose for studying and reframe your aspirations as a SMART goal to ensure you know what you are going to do, when, and why. We’ll come up with a study schedule that fits your needs and that you can follow consistently and at a sustainable pace (no all-nighters!). Learning will become enjoyable again. I’ll keep you accountable by checking in with you every day. Regular studying will be the cornerstone to your success.

Once we get you on a consistent schedule, I’ll work with you to spend your study time more effectively. I’ll teach you strategies to prioritize your work and get more done in less time. We’ll tackle any procrastination challenges you face by figuring out what triggers you to procrastinate. We’ll then block those triggers as well as come up with strategies for you to become more aware of when you procrastinate, so that you can stop before you waste too much time.

My favorite strategy for preventing procrastination is a technique called “bite-sizing”: you make the individual tasks so small that they’re easily achievable. By lowering the threshold for getting started, you make it almost impossible to fail and you build momentum rapidly through small wins.
